Following the resounding success of the inaugural events in September and December 2023, the Essex Retro Football & Cricket Show returned in June 2024 at The Cloud County Ground in Chelmsford.
With an eclectic mix of stallholders covering all aspects of football and cricket memorabilia – from programmes to stickers and cards, books and magazines to photos, badges to shirts and plenty more – there really was something to appeal to all ages of football and cricket supporters.

Special guest Graham Gooch provided an extra sprinkling of stardust to proceedings. The next Show will take place on Sunday 17th November 2024. Updates will appear here over the coming months.

A new venue and new title ushered in the first show of 2024!

The Cloud County Ground in Chelmsford, home of Essex Cricket, was the perfect venue for an expanded Essex Retro Football & Cricket Show. All the usual football memorabilia is now supplemented by a range of cricket memorabilia to satisfy fans of both the summer and winter games.

The pavilion at the home of Essex Cricket is already steeped in the game's heritage to add in an even greater feel of sporting nostalgia to the day. The bar was also open to visitors throughout the event.
